JKN-ZP-2 is mainly used in oil and gas well fracturing, acidizing and other downhole operations, to reduce the surface tension /interfacial tension, so that the residual fluid back faster and more thorough, effectively reduce formation damage. JKN-ZP-2 is composed of a variety of active agents, which have the characteristics of non-ionic surfactant, low surface tension, good thermal stability, good compatibility and easy to use. The adsorption capacity on the formation rock is very low, which can keep the hydrophilicity of the formation rock unchanged.

JKN-ZP-2 is unique in chemical nature so that it not only reduces surface tension and interfacial tension of the stimulation fluids, but also changes wettability behavior of the fluids in rock matrix. The capillary pressure that is required to initiate fluid flow is greatly reduced. Therefore, JKN-ZP-2 can provide quicker and better fluid recovery following acidizing and fracturing stimulation treatment. It leaves both sandstone and carbonate formations water wet for more effective stimulation treatment.
JKN-ZP-2 is compatible with most additives in stimulation fluid systems. It is also biodegradable and presents lower toxicity to organisms than other surface-active agents.

Recommended Treatment
The recommended addition in acidizing treatment is 0.2%,
The recommended addition rate for fracturing treatment is 0.1-0.4%.
JKN-ZP-2 has good compatibility with cationic, non-ionic and anionic additives, and can be added to fracturing fluid or acid fluid proportionally and stirred evenly.
Packing and Storage
JKN-ZP-2 is supplied in 53gallon(200L) high density polyethylene (HDPE) drums or 265gallon(1000L) IBC. Keep it away from extreme conditions such as places near flames or direct sunlight.
Shelf life is 2 years.
