JKN-HSV is quinoline quaternary ammonium salt, acetylenic alcohols, and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether based and the mixture in aqueous alcohol solvent system. It can inhibit corrosion in all hydrochloric (HCl) and HCl-hydrofluoric (HCl-HF) acid and be used for mild steel to very exotic tubulars. JKN-HSV is suitable for Viscoelastic surfactant Self-diverting acid system.

JKN-HSV is a high concentration corrosion inhibitor, it performs excellent dispersibility in water and acid fluids, resulting in good inhibitor distribution and protection.
JKN-HSV is effective for most metals including carbon steel and chrome steel.
JKN-HSV is particularly suitable for VES self-diverting acid system, which can effectively reduce the corrosion rate without affecting the performance of VES self-diverting acid.

Recommended Treatment
The concentration is dependent on acid type, strength, bottom hole temperature, contact time, and additional additives.
By adding JKN-HSV with water (or acid) during the loading operation, the product can be better dispersed in the resultant systems.
Organic acid intensifiers are recommended to enhance protection when applied to high temperature. Intensifiers such as formic, is helpful for lower dosage ratio and high temperature.
Packing and Storage
JKN-HSV be packed in 200L drums or 1000L IBC.
Be kept away from moisture and possible damage of the packages in transportation, stored in cool and dry situation.
Storage lifetime is 2 years.
